Wachagga

Wachagga^[1] ni kabila la watu wenye asili ya Kibantu (lakini pia mchanganyiko wa damu, hasa ya Kikushi) wanaoishi kaskazini mwa Tanzania chini ya mlima Kilimanjaro, mkoani Kilimanjaro.

Wachagga ni kabila la tatu kwa ukubwa nchini Tanzania.^[2] Takwimu za mwaka 2003 zinaonyesha kuwa idadi yao ni watu 2,000,000. Hata hivyo kabila hilo ni kama mchanganyiko wa makabila madogomadogo yenye lugha tofauti, jambo la pekee nchini Tanzania.
