Mair Eluned Morgan, Baroness Morgan of Ely (born 16 February 1967) is a Welsh Labour politician who is currently serving as the First Minister of Wales and the Leader of Welsh Labour since 2024.^[1] She previously served as Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care in the Welsh Government from 2021 to 2024.^[a][2][3]
