Poaceae juga dikenali sebagai Gramineae merupakan sebuah keluarga tumbuhan berbunga monokotiledon yang besar dan hampir meliputi seluruh dunia yang dikenali sebagai rumput. Ia termasuk dalamnya rumput-rumput bijirin, buluh, rumput-rumput semula jadi di padang rumput dan spesies yang ditanam di padang rumput dan padang.
Dengan lebih kurang 780 genus dan kira-kira 12,000 spesies,[4] Poaceae merupakan keluarga tumbuhan terbesar kelima, setelah Asteraceae, Orchidaceae, Fabaceae dan Rubiaceae.[5]
