Roy Cohen (born June 20, 1979) is an Israeli-Polish neuroscientist and businessperson who is the co-founder and CEO of Behavidence.[1] He is known for creating Facebook's Quantum Performance framework and bringing Vidmob to the EMEA region.[2][3][4]
