The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) is a division of the Philippine National Police (PNP) that has jurisdiction over Metro Manila, also known as the National Capital Region. It is headquartered in Camp Bagong Diwa.

Definition and Elements Qualified theft is a special classification of theft that is governed by more severe penalties due to the presence of certain aggravating circumstances. Under Philippine law, specifically Article 310 of the Revised Penal Code, theft becomes qualified due to trust, abuse of confidence, or when the stolen property is large.
