Mohammed Berrid (Arabic: محمد بريظ, Standard Moroccan Tamazight: ⵎⵓⵃⵎⵎⴰⴷ ⴱⵔⵉⴹ; born 1955) is a Moroccan military commander.[1] He is a 43-year veteran of the Royal Armed Forces, having joined the Royal Armed Forces in the 1970s as an officer.[2][3]
Mohammed Berrid is the Inspector General of the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces and the Commander of the Southern Military Zone.[1] He was appointed as Inspector General by King Mohammed VI in 2023, replacing Belkhir El Farouk.[4][5][6]
