The Serbian dancing lady is an urban legend of a woman who dances in an empty road and if she sees you she will chase you with a knife. She was first reportedly seen in 1998 in the municipality of Zvezdara in Serbia however she was not caught on camera until 2019 and then posted on tiktokthe user who posted the video warned people to don't get to close to her[1]
