Abscam (לפעמים נכתב ABSCAM, תעתיק בעברית: עבסקם) היה מבצע עוקץ של ה-FBI שנוהל ממשרדי ה-FBI בלונג איילנד שבמדינת ניו יורק[1] בשנות ה-70 המאוחרות ובשנות ה-80 המוקדמות. בתחילתו, מטרת המבצע הייתה לתפוס סוחרים ברכוש גנוב, אך בהמשכו כוון המבצע כנגד שחיתות שלטונית. בעזרתו של נוכל מורשע, צילם ה-FBI פוליטיקאים מקבלים שוחד משייח' ערבי פיקטיבי בתמורה לטובות הנאה פוליטיות.
החקירה הובילה בסופו של דבר להרשעתם של סנאטור אחד, שישה חברים בבית הנבחרים של ארצות הברית, חבר אחד בסנאט של מדינת ניו ג'רזי, חברים במועצת עיריית פילדלפיה, ראש עיריית קמדן, ניו ג'רזי ומפקח של שירות ההגירה והאזרוח של ארצות הברית.
